Equestrian Facilities

New to the farm this year is our equestrian property. Situated on 105 acres at the base of Novelty Hill, our state of the art facilities consist of a 10-stall barn, 100' x 200' covered arena and 150' x 150' outdoor arena.

The barn is managed by Maris Burns and Kelsey Devoille of Next Phase Eventing. This experienced team is expert in helping riders of all ages and levels reach the next phase of achievement. Open to all ages and levels, their program provides training in eventing, jumping, dressage, and pony club. Those new to eventing will learn all the components needed to get started in the sport, such as course walks, pacing, and dressage tests. Seasoned eventers receive targeted training in skills needed to reach the next level in riding.
