1. Download and complete the order form. Mail the form to us with the deposit.

2. We will send you an e-mail confirming your order.

3. As we get close to harvest, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date and confirm your cutting requests. Remember, we only harvest when the time is right, then dry age for at least two weeks. Patients, this is part of what makes incredible tasting beef.

4. We will contact you when you beef is ready with the delivery location and balance due.

5. Pay the full amount due with delivery of your meat.

6. Enjoy your consistent supply of delicious and wholesome beef.
